Most museums are free on Tuesdays. Don't bother with Field (booooring). Shedd and Adler rock, and they're next door to one another. MSI is cool (looks like you've already been) and the Art Institute is a must. If you're gutsy, you can walk into the Art Institute w/o paying—admission is a "donation."
